MTSN GNASH Newsletter for December 6, 2025
Recapping last night’s games
JPII-MLK-GCS 3 (2-5-2), Brentwood-BA-USN 1 (0-8-1)
Joe Hiller (his first goal of the season, shockingly), Oscar Ford, and Michael McEver scored for the Knights, while Will Hubbard had the Bruins’ lone goal.
Next game for both teams
JPII-MLK-GCS: Next Wednesday vs. Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central-Lebanon @ 8:40 PM @ Centennial A
Brentwood-BA-USN: Monday vs. Nolensville @ 7:40 PM @ Centennial B
Ensworth-Lipscomb-CPA 4 (4-3-1), Rutherford Rampage 0 (1-8-1)
Clayton Roach scored twice for the Ice Tigers, with their other goals coming from Hudson Honeybone and Talon Gill (his first GNASH goal).
Next game for both teams
Ensworth-Lipscomb-CPA: Monday vs. Station Camp-Liberty Creek-Nashville Christian @ 6:30 PM @ Bellevue-Crisp
Rutherford Rampage: Monday vs. Father Ryan @ 8:15 PM @ Centennial A
Father Ryan 8 (6-4-0), Clarksville Kings 0 (3-6-0)
Gage Hart scored four times for the Fighting Irish, with their other goals coming from Michael Jaskoski, Noah Deffenbaugh, Sam Halloran, and Gavin Thornburg. Both teams were short on skaters (Clarksville only had ten, missing all three Hasse brothers and Connor Bailey), so, Jack Karpynec skated for the Irish tonight, instead of backing up Zach Fonnesbeck in goal, and collected an assist, and was called for an elbowing penalty. It’s been a while since a goalie was designated to be a skater as a one-off during the season.
Thanks to these three games ending the way they did, Brentwood will end up with a Hine Cup spot if they lose to Nolensville on Monday, and if that happens, the Rampage would also end up with a Hine Cup spot if they lose to Father Ryan and Hendersonville either beat or tie with Independence-Centennial on Monday. Also, up to FIVE TEAMS could be eliminated from GNASH Cup contention on Monday.
Next game for both teams
Father Ryan: Monday vs. Rutherford Rampage @ 8:15 PM @ Centennial A
Clarksville Kings: Monday vs. Montgomery Bell @ 6:30 PM @ Centennial A
