Tonight’s broadcast
Ravenwood vs. Station Camp-Liberty Creek-Nashville Christian - 8:25 PM pregame, 8:30 PM faceoff BROADCAST LINK
Regular season finales
Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central-Lebanon, Nolensville, and Ravenwood are all playing their final game of the regular season tonight.
Scenarios for tonight
Ravenwood will win the 2025-26 GNASH Cup regular season championship if they DEFEAT OR TIE WITH Station Camp-Liberty Creek-Nashville Christian.
Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central-Lebanon will be the 5 seed for the Henry Hine Cup if they LOSE TO OR TIE WITH Montgomery Bell.
If Nolensville LOSE TO JPII-MLK-GCS:
-Father Ryan, Montgomery Bell, AND Ensworth-Lipscomb-CPA would ALL clinch Predators Cup berths, leaving just one berth remaining, which Station Camp-Liberty Creek-Nashville Christian would then clinch if they DEFEAT OR TIE WITH Ravenwood, meaning that there would be no Preds Cup berths left, giving Nolensville the final Henry Hine Cup spot, and therefore, BOTH POSTSEASON TOURNAMENT FIELDS WOULD BE COMPLETELY FILLED.
If Nolensville TIE WITH JPII-MLK-GCS:
-Father Ryan AND Montgomery Bell would clinch Predators Cup berths, and Station Camp would clinch a Predators Cup berth if they DEFEAT Ravenwood, leaving one berth remaining.
Nolensville will clinch a Predators Cup berth if they DEFEAT JPII, AND Ravenwood DEFEAT Station Camp.
Montgomery Bell will clinch a Predators Cup berth if they DEFEAT Mt. Juliet, AND Ravenwood DEFEAT OR TIE WITH Station Camp.
Previewing tonight’s games
All games are being played @ Centennial. The game that MTSN will broadcast is in BOLD.
Nolensville (7-4-3) vs. JPII-MLK-GCS (4-7-2) - 7:10 PM on Rink A
Nolensville’s win over Ensworth last week was their biggest one yet as a scholastic team, as it pulled them into the Top 8. They’re going up against a JPII team that have lost their last two games by a combined score of 19-4. But with how wacky this season has been, it would not shock me in the slightest if JPII won this game, and they can still get the Hine Cup 2 seed, but they’ll require three points from their two remaining games, plus an Indy loss to MBA next Monday (or, whenever that game takes place, unless some divine miracle happens over the weekend). Both teams’ Top 5 scorers are in double figures, but Nolensville’s Top 3 are just a little bit ahead. I have a feeling that Nolensville feel the urgency, knowing that their chance of defending the Preds Cup hangs in the balance. Like I said, I wouldn’t be surprised if JPII won this game, but, I don’t see it happening.
Game prediction: Nolensville
Ravenwood (10-3-1) vs. Station Camp-Liberty Creek-Nashville Christian (8-5-0) - 8:30 PM on Rink B
So, here we are, Ravenwood’s one chance to win the GNASH Cup, as they finish off the regular season tonight. A tie will get it done. If they lose, it will land on the floor, and Page, Hendersonville, Franklin, and MBA will start fighting over it like overly aggressive women at a wedding reception going after the bride’s bouquet. But as I said about JPII, it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if the Bison snapped out of their funk and won this game. As I keep pointing out, the Raptors’ offense has a tendency to start slow, and this Station Camp team has players who are capable of taking advantage of that, and giving their team a lead (I mean, it took only 14 seconds for Bryant Waddell to get them on the board against MBA last week). Let’s not forget that the Raptors suffered back-to-back stunning losses to Indy and the Outlaws, and were pretty handily beaten by Ensworth just over a week-and-a-half ago. I think there’s a better chance of Camp beating Ravenwood than there is JPII beating Nolensville. It felt like a couple of months ago that this game would decide who would win the GNASH Cup, but I thought both teams would have a chance at it; the Bison can no longer win the regular season champions’ prize, but they can stop Ravenwood from winning it, too. However, I almost never bet against the Raptors, and I feel that they’ll be leaving Centennial with the GNASH Cup in their hands once this one is done.
Game prediction: Ravenwood
Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central-Lebanon (4-10-0) vs. Montgomery Bell (8-3-2) - 8:40 PM on Rink A
After a decent seven-game stretch where they won four and lost three, the Bears played their worst game of the season against Father Ryan last Wednesday, losing 9-0 in a game where they trailed 3-0 after two periods, only for things to totally fall apart over the last 14 minutes. Now, they’ve got to face an MBA team that can pour on the goals (and have, as evidenced by blowout wins over the Outlaws, Rampage, JPII, and Kings). I really don’t see MJ pulling off an upset here. Like I said, they can still grab the Hine Cup 3 seed, but they need the Outlaws and JPII to lose out, in addition to winning this game, which isn’t going to happen.
Game prediction: MBA

Friday’s game
MTSN is planning to broadcast Friday’s game. Both teams will have completed the regular season once it is finished. The team having their Senior Night ceremony is underlined.

Note about next week
As you have seen by now, we’re very likely getting hit by a winter storm this weekend, right when we’re about to cross the finish line on the regular season next Monday. So far, I have not heard anything about next Monday’s games being moved. League scheduler Gary Anderson sends out next week’s schedule each week on Thursday, so, any updates will be in that email this week. I imagine he’ll wait for winter weather to start falling before pulling the trigger on rescheduling anything; of course, the rinks would also have to close because of the bad weather.
