Tonight’s broadcast

Rutherford Rampage vs. Brentwood - 8:25 PM pregame, 8:30 PM faceoff BROADCAST LINK

Recapping last night’s games

Father Ryan 6 (2-4-1), Montgomery County Rangers 0 (0-8-0)
Colin Sullivan scored twice for the Fighting Irish, with the other goals coming from Gage Hart, Curtis Newman, Michael Jaskoski, and Sam Halloran. Shoutout to Rangers goalie Riley Barnes, who made 41 saves on 47 shots, including 23 straight between Newman’s goal very late in the first period, and Jaskoski’s goal just before the halfway point of the third. The Rangers are officially eliminated from contention for the GNASH Cup regular season championship with this loss.

Next game for both teams
Father Ryan: Monday vs. Hendersonville-Beech-Lawson @ 7:05 PM @ Centennial A
Montgomery County Rangers: Next Wednesday vs. Summit-Page @ 8:45 PM @ Centennial A

Ensworth-Nolensville-Lipscomb 3 (8-0-0), Hendersonville-Beech-Lawson 0 (6-2-1)
Emmett Sazkos, Spencer Kern, and Lucas Tarquine scored the goals for the Ice Tigers. Ensworth led in shots 21-19. Not only are Hendersonville better than I think they are, they’re better than they think they are. I don’t know if they could hold Ravenwood down like this, but maybe they could do it to MBA.

Next game for both teams
Ensworth-Nolensville-Lipscomb: Next Wednesday vs. Independence-BA-USN-Nashville Christian @ 7:10 @ Centennial A
Hendersonville-Beech-Lawson: Monday vs. Father Ryan @ 7:05 PM @ Centennial A

Tennessee Outlaws 2 (3-3-1), Station Camp-Liberty Creek 2 (1-5-2)
AJ Molloy and Jaxon McKnight scored the goals for the Outlaws (which, according to the box score, took place 13 seconds apart). The Bison’s goals were scored by Patrick McCarthy and Dom DeMaria. Shots on goal finished 31-27 in favor of the Outlaws. I think both teams will take the result, but the Outlaws will probably be the ones who wish they’d won the most.

Next game for both teams
Tennessee Outlaws: Monday vs. Rutherford Rampage @ 5:30 PM @ Centennial A
Station Camp-Liberty Creek: Monday vs. Brentwood @ 8:35 PM @ Centennial A

Standings

Previewing tonight’s game

Rutherford Rampage (3-5-0) vs. Brentwood (2-4-1) - 8:30 PM @ Antioch-North
Eight months, one week, and two days after the Rampage defeated the Bruins 4-0 in the 2024 Henry Hine Cup Final on February 29, they finally meet again. Quite a few faces won’t be playing in this rematch, notably Hine Cup Final co-MVPs Alec Dawes and Justin Dickinson. Brentwood lost more depth than the Rampage, who have retained the likes of Tucker Wilhelm, Josh Wolfe, Eddie Maze, and Cooper Feasel. Brentwood have some weapons in Jack Schultz, Callahan Fielder, and Zane Cesarone. I’m tipping the arrow to the Rampage.

Pick: Rampage
