MTSN GNASH Newsletter for October 22, 2025

No broadcast tonight.

Previewing tonight’s games

Both games will be played @ Centennial A.

Clarksville Kings (1-1-0) vs. Rutherford Rampage (0-2-1) - 7:10 PM
The Kings have had two weeks to bask in the joy of getting their first win in program history over the Outlaws. I’d say they’re the favorites in this one, too, if the Hasse twins, Brock and Camden, are able to play. Looking at the schedule for their travel team, Indiana Elite’s 14U AAA squad, they’re only playing two games in Fishers this Saturday, so, I’d guess that they’re able to play tonight. The Rampage, meanwhile, are looking to bounce back after taking a…sorta whipping from Nolensville last week. That was the first “bad” game they’ve played this young season, after only losing to Station Camp by two, then tying with JPII. Newcomer Graham Sourek is the team’s leading scorer, with four points from three goals and an assist. Could he be the one to fill the hole left behind by Eddie Maze’s departure? Time will tell. This will probably be a good one with little more than a few goals scored.

Game prediction: Clarksville

Tennessee Outlaws (0-2-1) vs. Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central-Lebanon (0-4-0) - 8:40 PM
The Outlaws look to bounce back after that heartbreaking late loss to the Kings two weeks ago. Through three games, the players they need to be scoring goals for them are: Josh Kuehn has four goals, and Clive Keeler has three (though, those all came against Clarksville). James Daniel and Malakai Hogan each have a goal, but the team would probably like to see those numbers go up a bit. This offense has taken a hit with the departures of Dalton Alejandro, AJ Molloy, and Elijah Freeman, and, I don’t see them getting back into the Preds Cup this season; the scoring is going to have to increase drastically, and I don’t immediately see where it could in this lineup. Meanwhile, the Bears become the first team this season to complete a full third of their regular season schedule. They are the only team yet to post a point in the standings this season, and this is one of the few decent chances they’ll have to do so. Jordan Antar is their leading scorer with four goals (of the team’s ten so far), with Carter Spencer being the only other multiple goal-scorer (with two). This could turn into a fun goaltending battle if the matchup is Dawson Reynolds vs. Shepard Hulsey.

Game prediction: Mt. Juliet

Once tonight’s action is complete, we will have completed exactly one-quarter of the regular season, with 30 of 120 scheduled games in the books.
