This week’s broadcast schedule

Monday, January 22

Schedule is subject to change due to changes by league or any other circumstances beyond MTSN’s control. Like what happened this past week with the winter storm.

This week’s schedule

Games that are being broadcast by MTSN are in BOLD. A team (that we know of) that is having a Senior Night ceremony on that particular night is underlined.

As of this morning, the four postponed games from last week have NOT been rescheduled.

Monday, January 22
Both games @ Bellevue-Crisp.
Father Ryan vs. Ensworth-Nolensville-Lipscomb - 6:45 PM
Franklin vs. Pope Prep-MLK-GCA - 8:25 PM

Wednesday, January 24
Pope Prep-MLK-GCA vs. Montgomery Bell - 7:10 PM @ Centennial A
Summit-Page vs. Franklin - 8:30 PM @ Centennial B
Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central-Green Hill vs. Ravenwood - 8:40 PM @ Centennial A
Centennial vs. Hendersonville-Beech-Gallatin - 8:40 PM @ Antioch-North

Standings

Last week’s scheduled games

All games were postponed due to the winter storm. Again, as of this morning, they have NOT been rescheduled. When they are rescheduled, there will be an update in a future newsletter.

Wednesday, January 17
Montgomery Bell vs. Father Ryan
Summit-Page vs. Ensworth-Nolensville-Lipscomb
Independence-Ravenwood 2 vs. Centennial
Tennessee Outlaws vs. Rutherford Rampage

Father Ryan and the Rampage were supposed to do their Senior Night ceremonies; those will obviously be rescheduled.

GNASH Cup note

Franklin can win the GNASH Cup this week. If they defeat Pope on Monday, they can win it on Wednesday by 1) beating Summit-Page; 2) Pope defeating MBA first, since that game is at 7:10, and the Summit-Franklin game is at 8:30; 3) both games end in ties.

Next week’s schedule

If Franklin win the GNASH Cup this week, then our broadcast coverage of the regular season will be over, and will resume when the playoffs start. Otherwise, next week’s broadcast schedule will be announced in next Sunday’s newsletter.

Some, if not all, of last week’s postponed games will likely be rescheduled for next week.

Teams (that we know of) that are doing a Senior Night ceremony on that particular night are underlined. Teams that are playing their final game of the regular season are in italics.

Monday, January 29
Ravenwood vs. Montgomery Bell - 5:15 PM @ Bellevue-Crisp
Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central-Green Hill vs. Franklin - 6:45 PM @ Bellevue-Crisp
Station Camp-Liberty Creek vs. Tennessee Outlaws - 7 PM @ Centennial B
Hendersonville-Beech-Gallatin vs. Independence-Ravenwood 2 - 8:25 PM @ Bellevue-Crisp
Rutherford Rampage vs. Brentwood - 8:30 PM @ Centennial B

Scheduling update

The 2024 GNASH All-Star Game, originally scheduled for February 28, has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 7, as having to reschedule some regular season games (BEFORE last week’s storm, mind you) has pushed the postseason back into March. Location and time for the ASG are yet to be announced.
