Recapping tonight’s game

Tennessee Outlaws 1 (4-3-2), Ensworth-Nolensville-Lipscomb 1 (9-0-1)
Spencer Kern scored the first goal, with Dalton Alejandro scoring the game-tying goal. So, Ensworth don’t clinch a Predators Cup berth tonight; they needed a win. They can now clinch a berth on Monday, but they have to beat MBA to do it, because they only way they clinch without beating MBA is if Centennial lose to the Rangers…and that ain’t happening. Meanwhile, the Outlaws get an important point in the bank towards their own campaign to qualify for the Predators Cup. Not surprised by this result. As I said in this morning’s letter, Ensworth have struggled to beat a lot of teams this season; there was no way they were finishing the regular season with a perfect record.
